Winvian - Main Building

The arrival point, corporate offices, 2 restaurants and a guest suite organized as a significant addition to the historic Seth Bird House for this 5 star hospitality project. Martin Associates, architects of the hotel’s masterplan, created created the hub for a campus of 17 guest cottages, a spa and corporate retreat spaces.
